Silk thread does not cause any cuts or trauma if used according to precaution manual. Do not glide the thread in one area more than thrice because it can hurt the skin.
6) In which direction should we move the threading machine ,should it be working in the opposite direction against the hair growth or in the direction of hair growth?
First check which way your hair growth is ( for example- hair growth from bottom to top, root of the hair is from the bottom), then use the machine from opposite direction. What’s important is every individual is comfortable with the machine according to their needs so please move around the machine and check what’s good for you.
7) Did you install the silk correctly so that the silk crossing points are working properly?
You have to see that the thread has gone thru the middle hook properly and then twist the thread 2-4 times, than pull the thread thru the two gold tongs and then tightly wind the thread in the nut.
8) Is your skin and hair fully dried?
Dry face fully after you wash your face. If face is not dry then the machine won’t pick up the hair.
9) Did you powder your face?
After drying your face fully, apply powder on your face. It makes it easier to remove the hair.
10) Does the machine hurt?
The first time users will feel slight pain and then as you keep using the machine, you will get accustomed to it.
11) Did you connect the plug cord correctly?

We do not take back machines once sold unless there is a mechanical fault or physical damage during shipping. We take the responsibility and replace it with a new machine.
16) How do I keep this machine clean?
Do not use water directly but alcohol scrub to clean machine and bacteria free keep in plastic bag to prevent infection.
Warranty :
This product has been manufactured in compliance with strict quality inspection. In case the product is out of order in normal use, it will be completely repaired without charge at the purchase place or official service centers during 6 months period.
